Today Sarah sits down with Emma Giglio, mother of three children ( two living and one heaven-side ) to share her heart wrenching story of having to terminate a very wanted pregnancy at 20 weeks. After they were given the devastating news that their unborn son would not be able to live without around the clock high level medical assistance they made the extremely difficult decision to terminate the pregnancy. However, due to the South Carolina Abortion Ban she had to travel to Washington D.C. to receive this care.
